Only 400 m from the sea in a well-established holiday home area in Spodsbjerg you will find this well-furnished holiday home with a view of the Langeland Belt from the living room and 1st floor. The harbour and grocery shopping are within walking distance. Max. 2 dogs are allowed.
Here you can relax and enjoy walks, bike rides or excursions or enjoy peace, quiet and bird whistles on the terrace. Deer, pheasants and hares roam the area. Swimming beach with blue flag. Possibility to rent a boat at the marina. There is also a nice playground and a barbecue and ice cream bar.

The house has a double carport and tool room as well as a fish sink behind the carport. Large lawn with the possibility of various activities.
Furnished with a well-equipped kitchen in open connection with the living room. 1 bedroom on the ground floor, bathroom with shower and underfloor heating. Storage room with washing machine.
Entrance hall with underfloor heating. TV and fiber optic connection.
Stairs in the living room lead to 2 rooms on the 1st floor. One with a balcony overlooking the lake and the Langeland Belt. The other has a view of the forest, which provides shelter from the west wind.
From the living room there is access to a partially covered terrace with a barbecue. In the living room there are various games that you can enjoy.
We emphasize that the house is received cleaned and expect it to be returned in the same condition. Cleaning can be ordered.

Langeland is now part of Geopark Sydfyn. We have many restaurants, galleries and flea markets. Rudkøbing is located approx. 8.5 km. from the house and is a cozy town with many specialty shops and small cozy streets. From Rudkøbing there is a ferry to Strynø and Ærø. Strynø can be explored on foot or by bike and on Ærø there is a free bus at the ferry, which runs around the entire island in 1 hour and otherwise you can get on and off according to your interests.
On Langeland, the Cold War Museum and the small maritime museum at the harbour at Bagenkop are recommended, and to the north are the Medicingarden at Tranekær Castle. At the Nordskolen in Snøde there is the opportunity to go bowling, and on Friday and Saturday evenings during the summer holidays there is music at the harbour in Lohals.

Langeland offers lots of beautiful nature, good beaches and the opportunity to fish. In clear weather there is a fantastic view of the starry sky.
