Have you ever spent the night in an idyllic movie setting?

Højbogaard is beautifully situated in a hilly landscape near Vester Aaby and Faaborg on Sydfyn, hidden from the highway. And that very location makes it perfect as an important location for all of Tinkas Christmas calendars, where the character Lasses grandmother lives. In 2022, Tinka and the Mirror of the Soul will appear on TV 2, and previously it was Tinka and the Kings Game from 2019 and Tinkas Christmas Adventure from 2017.

The completely renovated farmhouse with three lengths is from the early 1800s, and with both timbered walls, thatched roofs and a park-like garden, it is as idyllic as it ever gets.

The holiday apartment is located in the old horse stable, which is now rebuilt to modern standards. Here you can enjoy 100m2 in two levels with 6 beds. Here is a kitchen and a bath with modern facilities as well as both radio, tv and internet.

In the garden you will find both garden furniture, barbecue, sensory swing and dream beds. Højbogaard is very suitable for families with children, and we offer both baby carriage and a table with built-in bath.

Højbogaard is situated in the beautiful hills of southern Funen - on Marguritruten - close to forests, lakes and several beaches. Nearby you will also find Egeskov Castle, several golf courses and a number of historic buildings open to the public.

Smoking is not permitted inside the house, but in the garden and in the courtyard. Pets are very welcome!

NB: Not suitable for walking difficulties due to the cobblestones in the courtyard!

NB: We do not rent for less than 3 nights, and we prefer week rentals.

We are open for stays in the period 1/4-31/10, the rest of the year only on request.
