You will get the best location in Tønder, right in the heart of the town, with views of the large park, the Vidå River, and the Tøndermarsch.
The house is only 200 meters from the pedestrian street.
This townhouse dates back to 1850 and was modernized in 2024, featuring underfloor heating in the kitchen, utility room, and bathroom.
You will have 105 m² on the second floor and a beautiful pedestrian street with various shops, cafés, and restaurants.

We have owned the house since 1981 and have renovated it three times. Most recently in 2024, when the entire house was freshly painted, the floors sanded, and a new lovely terrace was created on the first floor with views of the most beautiful park and marsh.
You will have 105 m² on the second floor.
On the ground floor, there is a living room with a sofa bed (daybed 200 cm x 160 cm), a dining room, a modern kitchen, a utility room, and a bathroom with underfloor heating.
On the first floor, there is a lovely living room with Tønders best view (see pictures!), a bedroom with a double bed (200 cm x 140 cm), and a large loft with 2 extra sleeping spaces (2 x 200 cm x 90 cm).
From the living room, there is access to the terrace on the first floor with a fantastic view over the Sculpture Park and Tøndermarsch. Here, breakfast and lunch can be enjoyed to the fullest. If it gets too hot, you can use the courtyard, which also has both a dining area and a relaxation chair.
Despite the central location, it is quiet and pleasant all year round.
The house has district heating and can also be supplemented with a wood stove in winter.

The town of Tønder is rich in culture, history, and music (Tønder Festival – last week of August). Tønders beautiful pedestrian street, with many different shops, cafés, and restaurants, is also worth a visit.

The phenomenon of Black Sun can be experienced in March-April and again in September-October, when hundreds of thousands of starlings dance in the sky just before sunset.

The lovely and beautiful island of Rømø, with the widest and largest beach in Europe, is only 40 minutes away by car.

The German island of Sylt (Germanys answer to Monaco) can also be visited within an hours drive by car or train from Niebüll.

The entire accommodation is at your disposal, including all outdoor areas.
There is a ladder to the loft from the living room on the first floor.
Bedding and towels can be rented for €20 (150 DKK) per set during your rental period.
Please give us notice in good time.
However, we recommend that you bring your own bedding and towels.
