Außen geflieste Terrasse nach Osten sowie eine weitere Terrasse nach Süden und mit Nachmittagssonne. Sandkasten und Schaukelgerüst für die Kleinen auf dem Grundstück, das nicht weiter vom kinderfreundlichen Strand liegt. Zudem Wald und Golfplatz in der Nähe.
