Nebenan auf dem Grundstück steht der separate Annex mit zwei Zimmern mit jeweils zwei Einzelbetten. Schöne Holzterrasse an der Vorderseite des Hauses die sich bis zum Annex erstreckt und Gartenmöbel sowie Holzkohlegrill zur Verfügung stellt. Bei kühlerem Wetter sorgt der Kaminofen im Wohnzimmer für wohlige Wärme. Zudem gibt es eine klimafreundliche Wärmepumpe im Haus.
