Das Ferienhaus ist wohnlich möbliert und hat eine Eingangsdiele sowie drei Schlafzimmer mit je zwei Schlafplätzen: zwei davon mit Doppelbett mit Boxspring-Matratze, das dritte mit zwei Einzelbetten. Außerdem Bad mit Dusche und offener Küchen-/Wohnbereich für das Familienleben im Haus. Eine klimafreundliche Wärmepumpe sorgt für angenehmes Innenklima.

Vom Wohnzimmer aus hat man Zugang zu einer überdachten, 12 m2 großen Terrassenfläche. Im Abstellraum des Hauses befinden sich ein 120 l Gefrierschrank sowie eine Waschmaschine.
