Im Haus offener Küchen-/Wohnbereich mit Ess- und Sitzecke. Die Wohnfläche wurde optimal ausgenutzt. Es stehen zwei Schlafzimmer sowie ein Alkoven mit einem Schlafplatz als Ausweichmöglichkeit zur Verfügung. Außerdem ist oben unter der Dachschräge ein Hems vorhanden.

Ganz in der Nähe des Hauses gibt es einen Spielplatz für die Kinder.Das Haus liegt in Bork Hytteby, wo es einen kleinen Jollenhafen und gemeinsame Spielplätze gibt. Die Gegend ist geprägt von den kleinen Holzhäusern, die in den kleinen gemütlichen Seitenflügeln dicht an dicht stehen.
