Idyllic country house in the middle of Bornholm next to the forest
The country house is cozy and completely renovated in 2008, located in quiet and scenic surroundings up to Rø Plantage, on a large plot with a view of forest and fields and with deer in the garden.
The main building 160 m2 is on 2 floors and consists on the ground floor of an entrance hall with a large wardrobe and stairs to the 1st floor, giving access to a large bathroom with toilet, bidet, tub, large shower, further to a large living room with TV and wood-burning stove and direct access to south facing garden. The living room leads to the kitchen/family room with all equipment and access to the east/south facing terrace. Rear entrance leads to entrance hall and utility room with washing machine/tumbler and freezer, as well as guest toilet, from utility room access to kitchen/family room.
On the 1st floor there are 2 bedrooms each with 2 box mattresses and a cot, as well as 1 bedroom with a double bed and 2 single box mattresses.
Child-friendly with toys inside and outside for smaller children. In the enclosed cozy courtyard and on the east-south facing terrace there is garden furniture and a barbecue. The property has been renovated to be allergy-friendly, and we try to maintain a perfume- and smoke-free environment, therefore bed linen is incl. in our prices. However, it is allowed to bring pets for an additional charge, only with access to the lower floor, where there are tiled floors with underfloor heating from solar heating.
There is an option to rent an Annex, which is rented out by Novasol. The annex is furnished for 4 people, with entrance hall, toilet/bathroom, living room with sleeping alcove, bedroom and kitchen.

Die Endreinigung ist obligatorisch, der Preis beträgt DKK 1395. Strohmverbrauch pr. kwh sind DKK 5,50 pro Person Bei größeren Preisschwankungen während der Mietzeit wird die kwhprise reguliert. Die Abrechnung für Öl erfolgt nach Verbrauch, 15 DKK pro Liter. Beachten Sie, da ist Sonnenanlage.
Zuschlag für Hund 500 DKK.
Nach Erhalt der Anzahlung wird ein Schlüsselcode bereitgestellt.
Der Strohmerbrauch wird mit der Kaution verrechnet.
